SEN Teacher (KS4)- Provision based in Leeds

We're current recruiting on behalf of a Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC) based in Leeds who are seeking to recruit a SEN Teacher for a Key Stage 4 class starting in May 2025 for a maternity cover position for a minimum of 1 year.

This centre caters for 250 pupils in total across multiple sites with this role being based at their site in Leeds LS12. This school caters for children with an Educational Health Care Plan covering a wide range of needs such as: Complex and Multiple Learning Needs, SLD, SEMH and Autism.

The school are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic SEN Teacher who can start in summer-term two for a 1 year fixed-term contract and who has experience working with children with complex learning and special need.

Successful applications will have:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • SEN teaching experience
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
  • Full-time availability from January 2025
  • 2x professional references
