Qualifications:
- Must hold a relevant Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and teaching pupils with SEN, ensuring they receive the tailored education they deserve. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and learning styles of pupils.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and external professionals to support student development.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
