Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized service to customers, helping them find the perfect pieces for their homes.• Utilize your product knowledge to offer expert advice and ensure customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.• Assist with store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is always beautifully presented.• Support the store team in meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.• Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty.• Help maintain a luxurious shopping environment that aligns with the brand’s ethos.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles, ideally in home décor or furniture.• A passion for design, interiors, and offering top-tier customer service.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused.• Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
