Salary - 27,500.
Your responsibilities-
- Diverting calls to the relevant person.
- Ensuring the front of house is always kept presentable.
- Booking and organising meetings.
- Printing and filing of documents.
- Ordering food/refreshments for meetings.
- Distributing of mail.
- Responsible for health and safety and fire procedures.
- Assisting the Office Manager with any Administration tasks.
About you-
- Front of House experience.
- Professional manner.
- Can work independently using initiative.
- Organisational skills.
