We are partnering exclusively with this large, international retail brand who are looking to bring in an experienced agency Account Director to come in and join the internal Account Management team to manage all packaging projects for the brand.
It is an amazing time to join this brand as they are on a massive growth trajectory – the culture is fast paced, fun and exciting.
Initial 6 month contract, potential to continue
2-3 days per week based in Leeds
£250-300 per day outside IR35.
About the role:
- You will work in the in-house Account Management team of 4, within the wider creative team of approx. 20.
- You will account manage on all packaging projects for the brand – taking briefings from product and marketing teams and managing the delivery through the in-house creative team.
- Advising on strategy but still a very hands on account management role.
- The account management team is relatively new and this role is new to the business so there will be some help setting up processes for you and the team.
About you:
- Experience in an agency Account Director level role or similar inhouse agency set up in a large brand.
- Retail and packaging experience is a must.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively, with tight deadlines and in an ambiguous environment.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple projects at one time.
