Group Payroll Manager | Leeds
Elevation Senior Finance are working with a fast growing business in Leeds as they look to bring on board an experienced Group Payroll Manager.
Reporting into the Group Head of Payroll, the primary purpose of the role is to lead a team 5 and oversee multiple payrolls, both weekly and monthly, totalling over 3000 employees. With further acquisitions and a future system implementations project, there is plenty to be getting your teeth stuck into.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, Lead, Develop and Motivate a Team of 5
- Managing multi company payrolls
- Dealing with queries from basic to complex raised by internal and external stakeholders of the business, escalating these through the correct channels where necessary
- Building and maintaining relationships with other teams
- Work closely with the Senior Team to create best in service efficiencies and automation
- Suggest improvement and increase efficiency of current payroll processes
- Organising records and audit trails for future reference
- Administer all HMRC Statutory requirements
- Manage third party relationships with group companies
Key Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of Sage Payroll (Desirable)Â
- Experience with CRM Systems
- Experience with implementing systems
- Have ran multi company payrolls
- CIPP Qualification (Desirable)Â
