Job Purpose- Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Lead onsite audit teams, ensuring seamless fieldwork and service delivery
- Prepare financial statements and review statutory accounts and tax computations
- Take responsibility for individual assignments, delivering within budget and timescales
- Draft comprehensive reports for review by Directors
- Effectively use tools such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks to manage assignments
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth
- Build strong client relationships, handling queries proactively and effectively
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying and promoting additional services
