Job Title: Fashion Designer
Location: Stoke-On-Trent/Leek (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Are you a creative and detail-oriented fashion designer with a passion for bringing unique nightwear clothing designs to life?
Key Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to inspire fresh designs
- Create original sketches and technical drawings for new collections
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to develop prototypes
- Select fabrics, colors, and patterns that align with the brand's aesthetic
- Oversee fittings, alterations, and final adjustments to designs
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs meet consumer demands
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a fashion/clothing designer - preferably nightwear/loungewear
- Experience in Licensed Apparel
- Strong print skills and experience - essential!
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and textiles
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
