Recruiting for an experienced Property Manager my client is an established, customer centric independent Lettings Agent who have built an impressive business and local reputation. .

This Property Management opportunity is a part time role but may have the opportunity to increase over time as the business continues to grow. My client is looking for someone ideally 16-20 hours per week. This can be split over 2-3 full days or across 4 half days.

Property Manager duties:

  • Conducting property visits, inspections and check outs and compiling associated detailed reports
  • Liaising with both tenant and landlord actioning any findings from the associated property visits that require attention
  • Liaising with tenant and Landlords regarding repairs and general maintenance within the portfolio
  • Engage with approved contractors to gain quotations for works and instruct as needed
  • Prepare and issue section notices when required
  • Deposit handling and managing any deposit disputes, escalating to management if applicable
  • Deal with incoming calls and book appointments
  • Be willing to conduct occasional lettings viewings

Property Manager Skills Required:

  • Experience of working within property management is essential for this role
  • Customer service driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An analytical person with strong attention to detail
  • A self starter who can work off their own initiative
  • A genuine interest in property and people
  • A full driving licence and use of a vehicle
