Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:

  • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people, using your life skills and experience to help them thrive.
  • Provide guidance and support to residential workers, leading shifts and ensuring the highest standards of care and supervision.
  • Oversee placement plans, ensure policies and procedures are followed, manage rotas, and support children's education.

What You Need:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (mandatory).
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare, working alongside young people.
  • Leadership skills and a passion for supporting both staff and children.
  • A valid driving licence and age 22 or older (as required by children's home regulations).
  • Commitment to undergo a robust recruitment process, including enhanced DBS checks and adherence to a strict code of conduct.
