We are currently recruiting experienced Behaviour Mentors who have previously worked in school settings and are passionate about making a difference in students' lives.

Position Overview:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who may face challenges in their educational journey. This role requires the ability to build rapport, implement effective behavior strategies, and inspire students to engage positively with their education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students to help them overcome behavioral challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Implement school policies on behavior management and support students in adhering to these guidelines.
  • Develop tailored strategies to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEN.
  • Act as a positive role model and mentor, encouraging students to achieve their potential.
  • Provide regular feedback to teachers and parents on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Essential: At least 1 year of experience working in a school setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A calm, patient, and positive approach to working with young people.
  • Experience in implementing behavior management strategies.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them succeed.

Job Types:
Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Pay:
100.00 - 150.00 per day
