Your valuable maintenance and management experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of equipment across their large site in Leicestershire.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all machinery and related equipment are properly maintained and repaired to meet operational standards
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and Engineers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- FMCG/Manufacturing/Industrial Automation experience
- Strong management skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance
