Workshop Engineering Manager

Working with an exciting, innovative solutions provider, we are looking to introduce a hard-working, influentialWorkshop Engineering Managerinto their well-established team. Your valuable maintenance and management experience will play a pivotal role in ensuring all maintenance related activities are carried out in line with the company maintenance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Covering the HGV, Fixed Plant and Mobile Plant function
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and Engineers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensuring that all compliance is met with regards to, Road Transport Legislation, Lift Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience within a fleet workshop
• Strong management skills
• Good IT knowledge
