Salary: Up to £35,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission

ATA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leicester. If you're an ambitious recruiter looking for a new challenge, this is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team.

The Role

Sector: Southwest Maintenance Engineering

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on delivering candidates to multiple PSLs within the region. You’ll generate your own client relationships using our existing sales database, as well as through the network and connections you build.

You’ll be working for an experienced Recruitment Manager with 9+ years’ experience at ATA, who is passionate about supporting his team and helping them achieve their career goals.

This is a true 360 recruitment role, involving:

Lead generation & conversion
Account development
Candidate sourcing & management
Business development
A strong interest in sales and client relationship management is essential.

The Ideal Candidate

3+ years 360 recruitment experience, with a track record of performance
Leadership aspirations – we’re looking for someone ready to build and manage a team
Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
Experience in Maintenance Engineering recruitment is a plus but not essential – full sector training provided!
