A firm of accountants based in Leicester are seeking to recruit a job opportunity for a Semi-Senior Auditor. To an extent, the role can be moulded to suit the successful applicant and salary will be dependent on experience, with Junior and Senior applicants being considered. The firm are open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with most of the current staff working up to a couple of days from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a portfolio of clients, ensuring assignments are managed and work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Plan and undertake audit assignments of companies and also audits and independent examination on specialist assignments such as charities and pension schemes.
  • Prepare financial statements for limited companies.
  • Support and develop trainee accountants with their assignments.
  • Deliver an excellent level of customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations, responding to all ad hoc queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge and attend all relevant training, conferences, and seminars.
  • Manage all work efficiently, profitably and in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
