This is an excellent role for an ambitious audit professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic team.The RoleThe client is seeking a dedicated Audit Senior / Semi-Senior to assist in the delivery of high-quality audit and accounting services. You will work with a diverse range of clients, leading audit assignments, supporting junior team members, and ensuring the smooth execution of audit processes.Key Responsibilities:* Leading audit assignments and overseeing fieldwork* Supporting and mentoring junior team members* Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies* Drafting corporation tax computations* Bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts* Processing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations* Liaising with clients and maintaining strong professional relationshipsKey Requirements:* ACA or ACCA qualified/part-qualified, or equivalent experience* Experience in audit and accounts preparation within an accountancy practice* Strong knowledge of accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client serviceThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm offering career progression, training support, and a positive working environment.
