• Team Leadership: Assist in managing the audit team, allocating appropriate staff for each assignment, and reviewing their work to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Mentorship and Training: Contribute to the development of junior staff through day-to-day supervision, training, and mentoring, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified, with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit and accounts from a practice background.
