Interim Financial Accountant Available to start ASAP!We are seeking a qualified Interim Financial Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong SAP experience for c6mnths.The role will include production of accounting information that meets Management, Group, and Legal reporting requirements. Accounting tasks will include, payroll reconciliation, VAT returns, Treasury transactions, and fixed assets control. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with month-end timetables, support statutory accounts preparation, and work closely with auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile payroll, Treasury, and Group cash pool transactions.
  • Control and report on fixed assets.
  • Prepare and reconcile VAT returns.
  • Ensure month-end deadlines and accuracy.
  • Assist with statutory accounts and audits.
  • Support colleagues with training and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification.
  • Strong SAP experience.
  • Ability to work independently and improve processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office/2 days working from home - commutable from Derby, Leicester, Ashby, South Nottingham, North Birmingham, Coalville, Hinckley, Nuneaton areas)
  • Immediate start or asap start required!
