Macildowie are working with a leading organisation based in Leicester to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) professional to join a dynamic and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Month-end processes, accruals, and bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial matters
- Communicating financial insights effectively to non-accountants
- Working collaboratively within a team to meet tight deadlines
What They're Looking For:
- Strong management accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent partnering ability
