We are seeking a diligent Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department in our construction sector. This role would really suit someone with an outgoing personality, who is looking for a management accounting role which encompasses elements of business partnering.

Description
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.
- Financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Assigning cash to invoices and invoices to sales orders
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for potential improvement.
- Ensuring compliance and providing internal audits
- Producing monthly management information board pack
- Presenting to senior stakeholders and consulting with them
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to support financial decision-making.
- Providing insightful information and expectations to senior managers to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives.
- Attend monthly meetings down South (transport provided)
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ideally studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification as a minimum
- Be strong using Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have confident and charisma
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Job Offer
- A salary in the range of £36,000 - £40,000
