Looking to take the next step in your tax career?A leading accountancy practice in the East Midlands (with a strong presence in Leicester) is on the hunt for an experienced Mixed Tax Senior to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid practice background who's ready to step into a more senior, client-facing role. What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a varied portfolio of personal tax, partnership, and trust clients
  • Preparing annual tax returns, handling budgets, billing, and offering tax advice
  • Advising on Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and estate planning
  • Preparing forms such as P11Ds, PSAs, ATEDs, and various client elections
  • Liaising confidently with clients, colleagues, and HMRC
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the tax team

  • CTA qualified or studying towards it (or equivalent)
  • Strong personal and corporate tax knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax issues
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to staying updated with legislation
