Administrator – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: EnderbySalary: £27,000
Due to significant company growth, SF Recruitment's professional services department is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to provide essential administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient delivery of solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales and after-sales support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle administrative tasks, including processing quotations, order forms, and invoices.
- Maintain stock control and traceability of orders.
- Oversee sales order processing and stock ordering.
- Prepare and manage marketing materials related to relevant products.
Operational Support:
- Provide assistance to the warehouse in identifying, picking/kitting, and commissioning units.
- Liaise with internal teams, including engineering, accounts, and sales, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support hardware preparation, set-up, and commissioning on technical and customer portals.
