About the Role:As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing delivery schedules to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks to maintain seamless operations.
- Liaising with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and address any queries.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping to support our business processes.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both via phone and email. You should also demonstrate:
