Job Description:

Recruit UK is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join a leading financial planning firm in Leicester. This firm is renowned for delivering bespoke Financial Advice, and they are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to become an integral part of their dynamic team. If you're motivated by providing exceptional client service in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Point of contact for clients and Financial Planners
  • Completing valuations
  • Processing new business
  • Updating CRM system
  • Providing full administrative support to Financial Planners
  • Inbox management, telephone duties, letter writing
  • Assisting with suitability report writing and cashflow using software and templates
