IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner Leicestershire based Salary up to £26,000 (Experience dependant)Exam support and Funding We are proud to be representing a Firm of Independent Financial Planners who have grown year on year and are currently seeking a talented IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner. Our Client operate a family culture within the business and promote and encourage development. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a vibrant and growing firm.  Responsibilities:    
  • Process new business,
  • Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.
  • Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.
  • LOA administration and processes.
  • Process new business application.
  • Making appointment packs.
  • Valuations, Illustrations
  • Letter writing, which involved working closely with the Advisors and Paraplanners which will lead into a fully-fledged Paraplanning role
  • Working closely to provide administrative support to 2 top performing Financial Planners
  • General administrative duties when required.
