Based in Leicester, my client is a successful UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering. We're seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join their busy team and have the opportunity to participate in projects ranging from education, commercial, retail, leisure and culture, heritage, residential and commercial developments, and student housing.

To be considered for this Structural Engineering role, it is essential for candidate to have the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years industry experience in appropriate Structural Engineering design
  • Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Working towards a chartership
  • Strong skills in software designs

Duties and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer include:

  • Analysing structural faults and updating all drawings and documentations
  • Experience of scheme and detailed designs
  • Working with Assistant/Graduate Engineers / supporting Project Engineers, Technicians and Technical staff.
  • Responsible for delivering projects effectively by managing client expectations
