Our client is a well-established and growing multi-disciplined surveying consultancy that provides specialist services to the Education sector. They are seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team, based from their Leicester office. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to be a key figure within the design team and expand the office in the future, providing an excellent opportunity for progression. Our client have a variety of Education projects, ranging from sports halls, drama studios, extensions, refurbs and new builds. These projects range in value but are typically up to the value of £10m or so. They are seeking a Project Architect with good knowledge and experience across all RIBA Stages.
Project Architect Job Overview- Assisting the Principal Architect
- Help lead a small architectural team
- Delivering educational architectural projects
- Work across all RIBA Stages
- Use AutoCAD / Revit on a day to day basis
- Working on a variety of scale education projects
- Producing technical drawings
- Working closely coordinating within a team as well as independently
- ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect
- Strong experience working across all RIBA Stages
- Help support junior members of the team
- Experience using AutoCAD or Revit
- Live within a commutable distance of Leicester
- Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
