I am looking for a skilled and innovative Senior Architect with strong technical expertise to join a well-established team in Leicestershire. This dynamic team delivers exceptional designs across the residential and commercial sectors, with a strong commitment to sustainability and a client-focused approach.

The ideal Senior Architect will have extensive experience post Part 3 qualification and be confident in leading teams and managing client relationships. You should thrive in working across all RIBA stages and have proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Significant experience working as an ARB registered Architect
  • Managing projects throughout all stages
  • Monitoring budgets and resources
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Brilliant communication skills
  • Excellent design and technical detailing abilities
  • Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
