Senior Architect

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Senior Architect with strong technical expertise to join a well-regarded team in Leicester. This dynamic practice excels in delivering exceptional designs across the residential and commercial sectors, and has a strong focus on sustainability and a client-driven approach.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience post-Part 3 qualification and be proficient in leading teams and managing client relationships. You should be confident working across all RIBA stages and have expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Extensive experience post-Part 3 qualification
  • Confident in liaising with clients, planning officers, and contractors
  • Proven experience in job running
  • Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Preparation of planning and building regulation submissions
  • Ability to produce feasibility reports
  • Experience in specification writing (NBS) is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
