We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Specialist for a temporary role to support our client's finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can efficiently manage accounts receivable processes and maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Client Communication: Contact customers via phone, email, or written correspondence to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Credit Risk Assessment: Review and assess customer creditworthiness, assisting in decision-making for setting credit limits.
  • Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Reporting: Maintain and update records of communications, outstanding balances, and credit-related activities. Prepare reports for management on aged debt and collection progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and sales teams to address client concerns and coordinate the resolution of account-related issues.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company credit control policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
