Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contactProvide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concernsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, and marketing) to create customised solutions based on client specificationsIdentify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clientsMonitor sales performance and create reports on account status and sales forecasts

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Knowledge of the manufacturing process within the point of sale or print industry is essentialProven track record in account management, in the point of sale industry, or very similarStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
