You're a Client Services / National Account Manager looking for a new role in a fast paced and dynamic retail design company. Taking ownership of a multi-million pound account, you'll work closely with them to create fantastic retail experiences. BASIC SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 LOCATION: Leicester COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Leicester, Market Harborough, Northampton, Rugby, Coventry, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Loughborough, Tamworth JOB DESCRIPTION: National Account Manager / Retail Design / Manufacturing You'll be a key part of our sales team, owning and driving one of the largest accounts in the business. You'll be responsible for the service delivery levels and exceeding them beyond your clients expectations. You'll be the main point of contact for the multi-million pound account and being able to work at pace is essential. You'll attend face to face client meetings, mainly at our office, to maximise sales opportunities. As our National Account Manager, you'll: · Manage and drive one major account from c£2.5m to £3m (this will be either a luxury health and beauty / cosmetics brand or a fast paced B2B trade account) · Manage multiple projects (can be between 10-20 at any one time) and work closely with internal departments, from the manufacturing process through to delivery · Produce CPA's (cost per acquisitions) for complex projects · Network through the account, ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed at each stage, giving both positive and challenging news PERSON SPECIFICATION: National Account Manager / Retail Design / Manufacturing You will have managed at least one major brand across fashion, hair care, health and beauty, personal care, or beverages, you'll understand the vocabulary, terminology and nuances of operating within this industry. Alternatively you could have a retail design, POS / POP, print or luxury packaging background. You'll be well organised in your approach and demonstrate great attention to detail. You'll have: · Experience working with c£2m accounts · Worked at pace, managing multiple projects · Attended launch meetings and created prototypes · Experience working with well with a range of differing personalities · Strong communication skills THE COMPANY: A well-established, £10+ million turnover manufacturing business who have supported some of the most recognisable global brands.
