Macildowie are working with a well-established business based in Leicester City Centre to recruit a Finance Administrator on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

The Role:As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial data accuracy
- Processing monthly expenses and credit card statements
- Handling accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Processing adviser statements and responding to queries
- Preparing supplier payment runs and ad-hoc payments
- Reconciling petty cash monthly
- Assisting with journal entries and transaction processing
- Supporting audit preparation and financial projects
- A basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic Excel skills
Part-time: 20 hours per weekSalary: £25k-£27k (pro-rata)Location: Leicester City Centre
