Experienced Bookkeeper/Executive AssistantA growing business is seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant to support the UK leadership team.This dual role involves:
- Financial management support - assisting the CFO with bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, debt recovery, payroll, and VAT returns.
- Executive support - managing diaries, emails, travel, meetings, HR admin, and ad hoc tasks for the CEO.
Role & Requirements
- Strong bookkeeping/accounting knowledge (experience with Xero is a plus)
- Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- IT literate and comfortable learning new systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Details
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
- Benefits: 26 days holiday + US bank holidays, pension
- Location: Primarily home-based with occasional in-person meetings
- Hours: Flexible, but some evening work required to liaise with UK clients
