Hours:Full-Time / Permanent

Salary:£40,000 Circa Dependent on Experience

Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Subway Regional Manager to join us at Asda Express, in this role you will have responsibility for multiple stores across an assigned geographical region.

You will inspire and lead a team of results focused Area Managers to drive our strategy and business goals. This role is about working collaboratively with your leaders, analysing performance and creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability and building brand awareness within our communities.

As a Regional Manager you will demonstrate core leadership and management skills by coaching your Area Managers to achieve consistent objectives and collaborating to devise strategies on how to reduce waste, increase profitability, improve processes, implement change, develop colleagues, craft internal career pipelines and to improve brand standards and performance.

You will regularly engage with field operations and business leaders to set individual and store targets for success. If you have a strong track record in leading hospitality / retail operations and you are ready for a new challenge, then this role could be perfect for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead your team of Area Manager to deliver strong financial and operational standards
• Financial management inclusive of budgets, sales targets, labour control and expenses
• Promote community engagement and brand presence
• Prepare and review reporting functions to enhance performance
• Strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Work in line with the ASDA Values and be a brand ambassador
• Work closely with the Brand Manager and additional Regional Managers to achieve brand goals and objectives

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive operational / multi-site management within hospitality or retail
• Full UK drivers licence
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations within a field based role
• Strong influential and interpersonal skills
• Commercially focused with the ability to understand financial performance and figures
