The Role

Responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets and contribution to your region. Delivering high standards of operational, visual excellence.
Delivering strong sales execution and customer experience through high levels of people development, talent management and robust training.
Lead, develop and execute sales excellence to drive revenue and increase KPI and broader commercial performance across all retail stores in the division.
