Business Development Manager
£30k Base Salary + £70k OTE
Leicester - Hybrid 2-3 days a week in office
Role Overview
Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a thriving MSP based in Leicester, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to be instrumental in driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and the development of existing accounts. Your responsibilities include identifying and generating new sales leads through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through selling IT hardware, software, professional services, and helpdesk support contracts.
Key Skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets within an IT company.
- Strong knowledge of the IT and/or Telecoms industry.
- Ability to work independently and generate your own sales pipeline.
- Vendor accreditations or willingness to complete relevant training courses.
- Previous experience in consulting with clients and closing deals over the phone.
