Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in Leicester who are one of the leading providers of cybersecurity technologies in the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Internal Sales Team Lead to their growing team.

To be considered for this position you will have to have strong communication skills and a competitive appetite to succeed.

You will be managing a small sales team whilst still picking up the phone yourself, it is important that you are confident to lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long term, sustainable, relationships with both new & existing clients in order to create pipeline, close business and support revenue growth across our product portfolio
  • Managing sales staff
  • Managing sales data using our company CRM
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting throughout the fiscal year
  • Maintain product knowledge across our portfolio & strive to understand trends and developments across the sector
  • The variety of the role will keep you engaged/motivated
  • You will be building relationships with partners and vendors
  • You won't be working in a "call centre environment
