The RoleAs a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle leads from various channels-website enquiries, phone calls, and referrals-and convert them into successful deals. You'll manage CRM systems efficiently, adhere to FCA regulations, and follow company compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to all enquiries and maximize the use of warm leads.Qualify customer needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and offer appropriate finance products.Provide detailed knowledge of contract types to suggest the best funding options.Sell a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, and pickup trucks, to individuals and businesses.Maintain a professional approach to all customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Develop relationships with new and existing customers.Manage administration tasks, including orders, finances, and delivery schedules.Stay informed on product knowledge to offer the best customer solutions.
