Our client, a Structural and Civil Engineering firm, is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer with expertise in residential housing, roads, and sewers design.
The position offers a salary of up to £70k, depending on experience, with a flexible working week of 37.5 hours.
Candidates must have a degree, be chartered with ICE, and possess at least 15 years of development experience.
The role involves managing a team of 8, leading projects, and engaging in business development while liaising with clients and professionals.
This opportunity is ideal for a Civil Engineer looking to join and lead an expanding team with additional benefits including 25 days holiday and a 5% pension contribution.

Our client a Structural and Civil Engineering are currently looking for an Associate Civil Engineer with residential housing roads and sewers design experience to join their team based in the Leicester area. Salary dependant on experience up to £70k with a 37.5 hours flexible working week.

The successful Civil Engineer will be able to develop new leads and contribute towards the success of the business. The Civil Engineer will also be CEng, MICE, CMIHT or CIWEM. This is a great opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join and lead an expanding team.

Associate Civil Engineer Position Requirements

Degree Qualified
Be chartered with ICE
Experience with working within the residential secto
15 years development experience
Expereince as a team leader
Experience in growth/ client management/ reporting to business owner
Proficient in Civils 3D/ Site 3D/ WinDes MicroDrainage.
Knowledge of s38/ s278/ s104/ s106/ s184/ s185 applications
UK driving licence
