About the Role:

Our client, a well-established dental practice in Leicester, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Clinical Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in dental management to take a leadership role and ensure the efficient and effective running of the clinical operations.

As the Dental Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing the clinical staff and ensuring that high standards of patient care are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting the overall success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Managing and motivating the clinical dental team, including dental nurses and support staff.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensuring that the practice adheres to CQC regulations and other industry standards, maintaining excellent health and safety protocols.
  • Scheduling & Rota Management: Organizing staff rotas and managing staffing levels to meet the operational needs of the practice.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing the stock and ordering of clinical supplies to ensure efficient practice operations.
  • Patient Care: Working closely with the dental team to ensure all patients receive exceptional care, addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Policy Implementation: Assisting in the development and enforcement of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Acting as the link between the clinical team and practice management, facilitating smooth operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a dental practice is essential, ideally in a senior nurse or management role.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and dental industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software and general IT systems is an advantage.
