You’ll be handling a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, keeping office buildings safe and well-maintained. Duties include:
Basic carpentry – Door repairs, lock changes, partition walls, and skirting boards.
Plumbing work – Fixing leaks, unblocking sinks, and basic pipework.
Painting & decorating – Touch-ups, re-painting, and general cosmetic repairs.
Ceiling & flooring repairs – Replacing tiles, minor flooring fixes.
General handyman duties – Fixing fixtures, assembling furniture, and general maintenance tasks.
- Experience in commercial maintenance (offices preferred)
- A solid mix of fabric, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Flexible hourly rates – Based on experience and role
