What You Will Do:
- Lead the planning and delivery of both new and existing engineering projects and product developments.
- Manage the pre-award phase, ensuring all technical and financial aspects are aligned before project commencement.
- Coordinate government-funded projects, including external consortium partners and financial control.
- Drive multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between Engineering and Manufacturing teams for projects with physical hardware output.
- Ensure meticulous project documentation and support team, supplier, and customer meetings as required.
- Lead products from initial design and development stages through to industrialisation and launch.Â
What You Will Bring:
- A degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
- Over 4 years' experience in a similar role within a relevant sector.
- Proven track record of managing commercial engineering, product development and/or launch related projects.
- Strong competency in MS Project and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Location:
Based in Leicestershire, with occasional work across the UK, EU, and worldwide.
