We are recruiting a hands-on Site Supervisor on behalf of our client for an exciting commercial construction project in Leicester. The successful candidate will oversee and actively contribute to the build of a new children's home, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively participate in on-site activities.
- Coordinate and manage daily operations to meet project milestones.
- Oversee tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Conduct scaffold inspections and maintain safety compliance.
- Enforce health and safety regulations across the site.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).
- Current First Aid Certification.
- Scaffold Inspection Ticket.
- Proven experience in commercial construction, particularly in supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
