My client, a well-established and reputable law firm in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its dynamic property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a capped caseload while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working and a supportive work environment.Â
The Role
- Managing a capped caseload of 60 to 70 conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Ensuring high-quality service and fostering meaningful client relationships through manageable caseloads
- Handling transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
- Conducting title checks, preparing contracts and resolving any issues that arise during the conveyancing process
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining the firm's high standards of service
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and related matters
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- A team player with a client-focused approach
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer (qualification not essential if extensive experience is demonstrated)
