As one of the UK's top 30 conveyancing firms, this firm offers a unique, fast-paced role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor.

About the Role:This role requires an experienced conveyancer/solicitor (1+PQE) ready to take on a high-volume caseload and build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders. You will manage a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, from sales and purchases to lease extensions and shared ownership schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial advisors throughout the process
  • Manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, equity transfers, and leasehold matters
  • Maintain relationships with introducers and grow the network
  • Ensure cases progress smoothly from initiation to post-completion
  • Achieve fee income targets in line with firm expectations

About You:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or equivalent case management experience
  • Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems
  • Commercial awareness and a target-driven approach
  • Confident team player with experience in building relationships with corporate estate agents and referrers
