They are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in their Leicester office. The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer who have hands on residential conveyancing fee experience to join their successful team.This role allows hybrid working.Joining this growing firm, you will be running a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish, with minimal supervision. You will liaise regularly with the firms' clients and work closely with the rest of the conveyancing team.For this role, it is essential that you are confident in running your own caseload of sales and purchases across both leasehold and freehold transactions.
