Barker Ross are recruiting for a Credit Controller to work for a local business based in the LE2 Oadby area! They are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude.
This company specialises in various ventilation products which can be used across various sectors such as the automotive industry.
This is a temporary to permanent position
The shifts for this role are:
- Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00
- Friday 08:30 - 14:30
The payrate for this role is:
- 13.00 - 14.00 per hour
Job duties:
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding debts
- Contact clients to remind them of their overdue payments via phone or email
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors
- Update account status records and maintain accurate customer files
- Analyse financial data and credit risk assessments
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to reconcile accounts
- Run Credit Checks
Skills required for this role:
- Proficiency in accounting software and data entry
- Strong analytical skills to assess credit risk
- Experience in financial services or related field
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques for debt collection
