We are actively seeking a Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant to join a prestigious boutique in Leicester. This is a rare opportunity to represent one of Britains most respected fine jewellery and luxury watch retailers, known for exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and bespoke service.

As a Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience, offering expert advice on fine jewellery, diamonds, and timepieces. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse clientele, reflecting the vibrant and multicultural demographic of Leicester. Your knowledge of jewellery and passion for storytelling will ensure each client journey is personal, memorable, and reflective of the brands exceptional standards.

What You Will Bring:
  • A minimum of 5years of experience in fine jewellery or luxury retail, with a proven track record in sales and client development.
  • A passion for gemstones, diamonds, and craftsmanship, with the ability to educate and inspire clients.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with a natural ability to engage a diverse clientele and tailor service to individual needs.
  • Experience working with bespoke jewellery and special commissions is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset in client development, including nurturing long-term relationships and hosting private appointments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team, supporting and mentoring colleagues where necessary.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail, reflecting the brands prestigious reputation.
  • Experience in serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and providing a luxury experience with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adherence to security procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
