Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic Service and Repair Team!

What You'll Do:

  • Provide continuous support to veterinarians, doctors, nurses, and the general public regarding service and repair inquiries.
  • Coordinate the collection, repair, and delivery of healthcare products, including patient warming devices and stethoscopes.
  • Manage a busy inbox and handle day-to-day inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilise our CRM system (Salesforce) and SAP for managing customer records and inquiries.
  • Handle invoicing and billing for service and repair operations.
  • Run ad hoc queries and generate reports as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to enhance team collaboration.
  • Co-ordination between customer, repair sites and potential field services if required
  • Maintenance of all records on SAP, Salesforce and other tools as necessary
  • Manage activities within required SLAs.
  • Customer Interaction via email/Portal 95%
  • Telephone queries 5% - Minimal

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service/ Account Management, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with a disciplined approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, adaptable attitude.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
